What is the highest peak in the Himalayas? — Geography Trivia
Did you know that Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world, grows about 4 millimeters each year? This gradual increase in height is due to the collision of the Indian and Eurasian tectonic plates, which continue to push against each other.
Interestingly, Everest is not the farthest point from the Earth’s center. That title goes to Mount Chimborazo in Ecuador, which, due to the Earth’s equatorial bulge, is about 6,268 feet (1,913 meters) farther from the center than Everest.
These fascinating geological dynamics remind us that the Earth’s surface is constantly changing, offering endless wonders to explore and understand.

On the question of the longest mountain range in South America, I answered Andes, it told me I was wrong!

The question on which mountain is considered the Matterhorn of the North, the name of Mt Sir Donald in British Columbia is not listed as an option. Mount Assiniboine is cometimes referred to as the “Matterhorn of the Rockies” due to its resemblance to the Matterhorn, but Mt Sir Donald is actually referred to as “the Matterhorn of the North American Alps”. Just a thought. Yes that was the one question that I missed,
