Did You Know? There are only two body parts never stop growing. It can technically be considered three, your nose and each of your ears. Once you’re “done growing” as an adolescent, the number of cells in most of your body remain fixed and don’t grow anymore. The cells themselves can still increase and decrease in size, meaning your overall body size can increase or decrease, but only cells in your nose and ears will continue to duplicate.
